Single family homes already pay the lion's
share of property taxes that support
city school/city government services.

Many of these homes are occupied
by seniors on fixed incomes who do
generate much trash to dispose of on
collection night.

The blue wheeled recycling containers
are too large, and heavy for seniors and
city workers to move around and pick up
particularly in winter weather.


Sheehan failed to get a good return
of sale of the Coeymans's 353  acre
parcel purchased as a future land fill
site with 5.2 million dollars of  of city 
property tax payer dollars.
