Jennings pays $ 5.2 million in Albany
taxpayers dollars to acquire 363 acres 
of land in Coeymans for future land fill.

Sheehan tries to sell land for $ 500,000
to a Coeymans developer for a sweet
heart recycling  deal which fails. 2017

NYS will buy the land for $ 800,000.
Still a bad business deal for City taxpayers
but, on balance a` good conservation move
for state taxpayers.

Sheehan desperate because of loomimg city
insolvency after 2018 elections. Will grab
cash to stay afloat, anywhere she can.
